 Calibrations
All instruments that
leave RTI are carefully tested and all needed calibrations are
made. The calibrations at RTI Electronics are made by comparison
against traceable references. The references are traceable to
national and international standards. |

For calibration purposes RTI has equipment to perform traceable calibrations for kVp, dose, luminance, illuminance, current, and charge. Six different X-ray units, radiographic and mammographic, are used to perform calibrations of dose detectors and non-invasive kVp meters. A new modern light calibration laboratory has been installed to comply with the demands on light calibrations. For the kVp calibrations modern high frequency generators are used, together with sophisticated sampling A/D boards and software, to obtain the highest possible quality for our high precision instruments.
To perform calibrations on our products, always the most reliable reference equipment is used. Sophisticated software is used for registration and storage of all calibrations. All this guarantees a high quality for our customers.

Service department
To offer our customers the best service and support, we have a special department for these purposes. The service department works with technical support and also with upgrade and repair of equipment.

To ensure a high quality of service, the staff are well educated and have extensive experience with all our products.
When you get your RTI equipment upgraded or repaired it is the staff at the service department that handles your equipment. They are always available if you need any technical support or if you want to order a recalibration or upgrade of your RTI instrument.
