Software

As a natural service for our customers, we have a PC software to each one of our electronic main products. A software makes the measurements easier and increases the possibilities.

oRTIgo
2002
oRTIgo for Windows
is powerful software for QA and service work. oRTIgo for windows interfaces
with all of the major products from RTI Electronics such as: Barracuda
X-Ray Analyzer, PMX-III Multimeter, PMX-I kVp/time, Solidose family of
dosemeters and PMX-I QA-kit. oRTIgo for Windows is built upon a database
interface. This provides numerous possibilities. The user can set up test
sessions consisting of a number of different tests.

Measured data are
easily aquired and reports can be printed directly. Data are presented
both as tables and graphically. In the setup, the user is able to control
many of the limits that will pass or fail the machine. Data can also be
exported to MS Excel.
The waveform analyzer makes it easy to measure and study kV, dose rate
and mA waveforms.
In the Real-Time Meter mode, the user can alternate between real-time
display and waveform meter display. The real-time display replaces the
display on the instrument (if it has one) wich enables the user to view
kVp, dose, dose rate, and time simultaneously. Dose and dose rate are
displayed in units of either Gray or Roentgen.
Minimum Computer
Requirements
Windows 95, 98, NT, ME, 2000, or XP
Pentium class 300 MHz, 64 MB RAM (24 MB free), 60 MB of HD (see note 2)
RS232 serial port or USB
Display and graphics card with at least 800×600 resolution.
Recommended Requirements
Windows 98SE, 2000, or XP (but not for PMX-III)
Pentium class 500 MHz, 128 MB RAM (32 MB free), 100 MB HD
CD/DVD-ROM for installation (Recommended)
Internet connection for updates (Recommended)
Note 1: USB
support. The built-in support for USB in Windows is only present in Windows
98 SE (not the first edition), Windows ME, Windows 2000, and Windows XP.
Therefore we recommend that you use these operating systems and not any
of the others.
Note 2: Virtual
memory and available hard drive space. Microsoft recommends that you have
at least 20 % of your total HD space free for virtual memory.

RFM Software
The RFM software is included with the Real-time FocusMeter system and is needed for all focal spot measurements. On the measurement screen, which is shown, you can measure and view all data and also enter the settings for each measurement. Both the line spread function, LSF, and the modulation transfer function, MTF, is shown. If both length and width are measured both are shown simultaneously in the graphs.

WinODS - Optional for Doseguard 100
The WinODS organ dose calculation software is made for scientists and radiologists, who are interested in evaluation of dose distributing during X-ray examinations. The WinODS software uses the KAP value and field location to calculate the organ doses and effective dose for one exposure or for a whole set of exposures.
|
|
The WinODS is simply applicable for traditional X-ray examinations and fluoroscopy. It is easy to install and use. All values are easily input to the program. The calculation is completed in a few seconds, and the result can be stored, printed, or it can be copied to other software.
