One Shot HVL for Mammography
07 May 12 One shot HVL for mammography is now available to all new Piranhas of version 2 or higher.
One shot HVL is possible both if you are using Ocean or QA Browser, with or without compression paddle.
All Piranhas (version 2 or higher), which are in for re-calibration, will get the one shot HVL feature. -

Dose Detector R100
Detector Designed for the Solidose Family
The R100 is a solid-state dose detectors designed for the Solidose family. The R100 can be used for film and skin dose, dose rate to image intensifier, mAs linearity, reproducibility, HVL, and AEC measurements. The Detector is ideal for field service situations since the detector are well protected from damage by the metal housing. The detector is very durable and it does not need corrections for temperature or pressure and need no bias voltage. The small size of the detector makes it convenient for measurements in the tray.
