New Release – 2011.03A

A new release is now available at the Download Page. The most important improvements are listed below.

• QABrowser – v4.0E (previously v4.0D)
• RTI Updater – v2011.2A (previously v2010.9A)
• CT Dose Profile Analyzer – v 4.0C (previously v4.0B)

Support for Ocean

The installation is in the same folder as the other updates for Piranha and Barracuda. To be able to run Ocean, you need a license and you need to update the firmware using RTI Updater.
For those of you who already have started to use Ocean, the main improvements in this release are:

• Trial period for higher versions of Ocean for 45 days.
• Export of waveform is available.
• AEC analysis have been added as well as new columns used in the analysis such as Field Selection, Meas O.D., Diff from mean O.D. and Diff from ref. O.D.
• Automatic check if a new update is available on our website.
• The possibility to translate all texts in the report to your own language.
• The option “Free workbook” which means that by just clicking on an Excel cell and making an exposure, it will be sent to the active cell.
• A new column “Result” has been added. Using this you can see if something passes or fails on each row.
• The possibility to export sites including equipment without the measurements.

QABrowser for Windows Mobile

We now also support HP iPAQ 114.

Warning regarding old firmware

If an update of the firmware is needed, all the programs will display a warning to this effect at startup.
Dose and total filtration correction has been added to the W/50µm Rh (Gio) calibration.

Various bug corrections

If you downloaded an update around Christmas, we recommend that you perform a new update now even if you:

1. Are using QABrowser with ion chamber
2. Are going to start using Ocean.

Things to bear in mind: When you download and perform new updates from our website, try to do them all on the same occasion. Otherwise it's easy to forget one of the programs, for example, oRTIgo or CT Dose Profile Analyzer and then when you go to measure at another time, the equipment won't work.
